They cannot even help resolve an ongoing issue between tenant and landlord!! 5 busniess days? More like if you don't hear from us within 5 busniess days we are taking Oshawas notorious slumlords side instead of yours. They helped me before against a scummy landlord but they side with them this time around. Pathetic. Tell me how do I apply for the job as community lawyer? Because I would do a better job than the incompetent people you hire!!
Useless place to ask for help. Cutting down on all services that people need. This place should become a coffee shop and not a legal clinic. Anything you ask will be answered " We can not do that and only we can show". It is a shame to leave those in need in the air and without any real support and help.

Kathy was absolutely wonderful!! She gave me so much insight and knowledge. The receptionist is great at calling back. I’m impressed and feel like I was really heard. 🤞 I have luck with my case but I know I got good advice from them 💜
