Of all the landlords I’ve had in my life, DCLT is the worst. They do not care about you as a tenant or even a person. Anyone leaving a positive review either works for DCLT or have interacted with them publicly where, of course, they put up a front.
These guys suck. They bought out my apartment building from my wonderful landlord months ago and I still can’t sign up for a portal online. Apartment is flooding at this moment and 0 urgency. We were hung up on the phone upon multiple calls. Impossible to get ahold of. Update: We had to fix the problem ourselves by banging on neighbors doors 5-6 hours after our initial complaint. They called us 7 hours after the complaint and sent in contractors 10 hours after our initial complaint. They took pictures and left. It's been nea... read more
My sons apartment flooded this past weekend during the night due to a water line break in the apartment above his. They contacted property manager, landlord and documented everything. No reply via email, phone call. Place flooded for close to 10 hours. Had to move belongings to vehicles. Going on two days and no reply. Finally contractors showed up on Friday and said they would return on Saturday which did not occur. Ceilings and walls are destroyed with water damage and soon to be mold.
