The atmosphere is calm and the energy is safe and welcoming. Coby in particular is a world-class care giver. If you are in need of help, she is the person to go to. She will heal you of whatever physical or emotional hurdles are in your way.
I had a 90 min massage with Victoria Gonnigan. She was wonderful! She listened to my needs and addressed them all. I feel amazing. Highly recommend.
Community bodywork is a welcoming and peaceful space, as was my massage therapist, Ruth Metz. Ruth has such a warm presence and her work is top notch! I have received traditional thai massage as well as table massage from Ruth and her work is outstanding. I highly recommend Ruth for either deep tissue massage or a therapeutic, relaxing massage.

Just received a Thai massage from Ruth, and it was absolutely exceptional. She created such a calm and welcoming environment and took the time to carefully address all of my areas of concern. This was, without a doubt, the best bodywork service I’ve ever experienced. I left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated—and immediately rebooked my next session! Ruth's work is truly worth the drive to Durham.
