It's very hard to get reception to answer the phone. Also when you do see the specialist they offer many treatments that are not ohip covered which is upside down given the fact many people who come here can't work due to their injury. When you you get to your appointment your rushed in and out of there within minutes.
I haven’t visited this clinic yet but I am already disappointed with their service. Nobody’s picking up the call nor called back when you need to follow up something. Poor service
I had a wonderful experience with Durham Bone and Joint Specialists. The receptionist was so helpful when I got lost and couldn’t find the clinic! Sanchita was so warm and welcoming and didn’t make me feel like just a number. Dr. Frombach was kind and explained everything so I understood why I was having pain and how to fix it and he didn’t throw pain killers at me. He had a good sense of humour as well! I will definitely go back.
As is the experience with some others, I had a terrible experience with this clinic. In my case, doctor didn't even show any interest in fixing the pain but instead lecturing me to continue to eat pain killers. Zero compassion as I was made to feel that I wasted their time by booking an appointment.
I had a disappointing experience at the fracture clinic. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me, gave me very little information about my injury, and told me to remove my boot after four weeks — without any plan for follow-up or imaging to confirm healing. With two fractures in my foot, I expected more guidance, especially regarding weight-bearing, pain management, and recovery expectations.
