I had a fabulous experience with Dr Kovalchuk for my shoulder repair over a year ago. He was kind, remembered who I was from appt to appt, and his work allowed me to resume major activities such as kayaking and playing French horn. Huge shout out to Dr. Daniel Avrahami for his help with my knee. His diagnosis and treatment has changed my life back to normal. After a full year of pain and not sleeping, unable to walk for a distance, I am back to the old me. I recommend him and the team at DBJS completely! Thank you!
My surgeon Dr. Ravichandaran was fabulous. He has a wonderful manner and is humorous. My surgery went well and he patiently answered my questions. However the location and access is terrible. Disembarking on Bayly is dangerous. The admin service is deficient in knowledge and responsiveness. Significant improvement is needed there.
Had a full knee replacement in 2024. Fabulous team of doctors And follow up.
While they are kind, they ridiculously difficult to reach. Missed calls at 8am and 9am - I call consistently from 10:30am until their offices close. No answer. This happens day after day. Voicemails are usually full and when they call, they don’t always leave a message detailing anything. I had to call my hospital directly to ask for my surgery time which is scheduled two days from now. I can only assume the 8am and 9am missed calls were to tell me this.
