I was lucky to have been referred to Durham Done and Joint clinic in Ajax. From initial visit to diagnosis i found the process very smooth. After an MRI showed a rotator cuff tear, Dr Kowalczuk recommended surgery to resolve the issue. The process they have in place for surgery patients is very informative. From my first visit for an assessment the whole experience was great. I needed a total knee replacement. I met Dr. Ravichandiran who specializes in total knee replacement. The surgery was explained in detail. I was given time to decide whether I wanted to proceed. My surgery was completed in January, all went smoothly, recovering well. 2 days after surgery. Dr. Ravichandiran phoned me to see how I was, amazing! The staff at DBJS is great. I would definitely recommend Durham Bone & Joint Specialists and Dr. Ravichandiran.
They have given a negative impressions. I got my wife checked 4 months ago and she was recommended for knee braces. The braces were approved by CBI long ago and it was transferred to them but they never called her back. We called several times and left messages, they didn't even bother to return our call. Even for the physio therapy they charged for extra session which was never given. They always have contradictory statements on phone and in person. Definitely not going to go again or recommend anyone.
Had a new tech and she was the best yet! She really took her time finding the spot for the injection and she nailed it! Also did a bit of follow-up after
