I had a very disappointing experience with Durham Bone and Joint Clinic. I was referred for an MRI scan and was told the clinic had sent the requisition to the MRI facility, and that someone from the MRI clinic would contact me to book the appointment. After waiting two weeks with no update, I contacted the MRI clinic myself—only to find out they had never received the requisition. To move things forward, I sent the form myself. It's very hard to get reception to answer the phone. Also when you do see the specialist they offer many treatments that are not ohip covered which is upside down given the fact many people who come here can't work due to their injury. When you you get to your appointment your rushed in and out of there within minutes.

I haven’t visited this clinic yet but I am already disappointed with their service. Nobody’s picking up the call nor called back when you need to follow up something. Poor service

I had a wonderful experience with Durham Bone and Joint Specialists. The receptionist was so helpful when I got lost and couldn’t find the clinic! Sanchita was so warm and welcoming and didn’t make me feel like just a number. Dr. Frombach was kind and explained everything so I understood why I was having pain and how to fix it and he didn’t throw pain killers at me. He had a good sense of humour as well! I will definitely go back.
