People there are really nice. The problem is getting the right information on how things work as well as getting a call back from them. Long story short, I ended up doing the leg work to get my MRI results (wrote a review for them also. Bad experience) and to book my physio. The surgeon said he'd contact me to set that up in a couple of days, and it's been a month and counting. Both Dr Lobo and Dana were awesome on assessing and helping my father Frank, with his rotary cuff shoulder issue. Dana's initial assessment was bang on and I appreciated that she took the time to thoroughly question my dad on his shoulder to make sure they got it right.
I was informed I need both knees to be replaced. My first visit to DBJS I was VERY nervous. I must say all the staff I needed to deal with have made me relaxed and they are all positive. My Doctor is Dr. Benfayed. As nervous as I am, Dr. Benfayed has put me at ease and I look forward to getting this done. Allay fitted me for my braces and Linda went over what was going to get done in detail. 2 weeks after my hip replacement surgery , I had my suture staples removed by nurse Allie. She was excellent ! I did not feel a damn thing !!! Great experience.
