Durham was great to work with. Thorough, quick and met the deadline promised. Even able to move up the inspection date due to cancellation, and deliver the appraisal in less than a week, before the holiday!! Wasn’t sure which company to work with, but read all the positive reviews, he’s a certified, licensed for many years, and knows waterfront properties. Very happy.
