I really liked our technician. Older gentleman. He was able to accurately diagnose the issue with our fridge and then fix it with a responsible amount of time. The price was fair and the fridge now is working great.

A quick and courteous call back from Linda from Durham Appliance and Repair was encouraging. Ty came out and worked on our 8 year old GE Profile - replaced a sensor and got the system working again including the ice maker which had stopped altogether - all for less than $200 and left us with advice on what to shop for in the future. Sorry to say that our recent repair of an LG stove was not as happy as our first experience years ago. We paid over $400 for a repair that did not fix the problem and Ty has not called us back after promising to do so, despit leaving a lot of messages. Not sure what the solution is but our stove is now dangerously unusable and we need it fixed. This is an LG caused manufacturing problem but we are now caught with no repair service and are out of warranty. The stove is only 2 years old. If someone wants to call us back I can ... read more
Ty is fantastic! He did a wonderful job diagnosing the problems and fixing our fridge! He was incredibly thorough and was so kind and friendly to my two year old son who wanted to watch him fix it:). Our golden retriever appreciated some extra love and attention too. Ty is a gem and hard to find in our world today! I am so glad we found him and will call him without hesitation for any appliance needs/repairs.
Six Stars! From start to finish they made an inconvenience an enjoyable experience. Ty likes his work and it shows. He keenly desires to help his customers, giving the fairest possible price and going out of his way to make sure the problem is solved. Their receptionist is very calm, organized and professional.
