Great service! Scheduling the appointment was easy and I got a call the day before to confirm. On the day of the appointment he called and said he had availability to come earlier which was really nice. I have a Samsung fridge that was no longer making ice plus leaking water and he was able to pinpoint right away what the issue was and fixed it within an hour (it probably was less). He was very thorough with explanations and polite. I highly recommend!

Linda the office manager is efficient, knowledgeable and accurate. Ty the owner is excellent. The first thing he did when he arrived was wash his hands before he touched my refrigerator. He proceeded to explain what he would be doing and why I was having a problem. His work was flawless and expeditious. He absolutely fixed my freezer drain which was the problem. Especially recommend if you have a challenging issue that might be beyond the skill set of other companies. Ty has helped our family on two occasions on the last month. The 2nd occasion was when another company, after 4 trips, could not get our icemaker working. Ty saw the problem and did the challenging =, time-consuming repair. Highly recommend.
