Repairperson was prompt, friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Didn't charge us for a small replacement part, which was very generous. Will be our first call for appliance repair in the future.

I emailed the company needing a fridge repair late in the afternoon, they were likely closed. Yet, later that evening the owner called himself personally to inquire more. Even though he doesn't necessarily repair the type of fridge I had, he explained in great detail what was wrong with it and if I reached out to the manufacturer that I shouldn't have to pay a dime. From Linda, who answers the phone and is always friendly and efficient, to Ty who works on stoves and refrigerators, to Harry who works on washer/dryers, I have been nothing but pleased.
