Dr. Sure explained my procedure in detail. Everything was set in motion. Never have a wait before he sees me. I had my three month post operative appointment with Dr. Sure yesterday. I have been so pleased with how my surgery has taken away my pain. I recommend Dr. Sure for all neurosurgery needs. My plans are to keep using him. He is fantastic and stays up to date on new procedures.

Did a excellent surgery on my neck
Everything about the clinic is professional, efficient, and patient-centered. Not the typical DR APPT experience. Dr Sure has done a superior job with my quite painful conditions. I am amazed, frankly. He leaves me with the impression that he truly cares about me. I recommend without reservation.
One of the ladies at the front desk is particularly rude, whoever answers the phone. Her tone is very rude and condescending, and she accused me of "doctor shopping" when I mentioned going to more than one place seeking help for my back problems. I didn't appreciate that at all and I will not be going back because of it.
