Wish I could leave 0 stars. Avoid, avoid!! , especially if you just had a baby or are a woman. She will be getting a letter soon from someone very important and I will be reporting her to university hospitals today. I just hit 5 months pp. I came in asking for some basic bloodwork to be done as I was having some dizziness time to time. This doctor and her entire staff are very accommodating and kind. The moment you walk in, the staff greet you and are very welcoming. The nurse that I saw today was so kind and sweet and made me feel at ease. Dr. Durga herself was very attentive, listened to my concerns, helped me come up with a plan and took her time and answered all of my questions. They made this appointment easy and enjoyable.

I went there after being advised after visiting parma hospitals ER visit from a wasp bite. They advised me to do a follow up visit with a DR. I feel like I got more attention from the person who is shadowing her. It felt like she was not listening to me and she was just trying to basically sell me stuff that I had to go do like get lab work. As a healthcare professional, my visit with Dr. Durga was excellent. She began the visit querying me as to what my expectations were of her as part of my health care team. She listened and at the culmination of the appointment, asked if I have any questions or concerns. Her office staff was extremely helpful and the intake nurse was superb.
