Our builder never had installed our roof correctly. Since before we moved in we had brought issues to the builder regarding our roof. They just kept reassuring us that "it would get fixed". We complained consistently for 9 years over and over and got no results out of them, just half-hearted attempts to "repair" throughout the 9 years. As we expected, the roof finally completely failed in spring 2025 (in only 9 years mind you) and the insurance company was able to pick up the claim.
