Bob has been a pleasure to deal with since the first phone call. Called him up on a sunday and he was able to come to out to my house on that Tuesday. The other "big" companies in town where 2 weeks out and I dealt with a call center not even in the same province. Unfortunately when you are dealing with pest control and the best these big corporations can do is 2 weeks out is unrealistic and unacceptable. Bob Durelle, has helped my father and my family for various pest control needs over the years. He is very fast, and REALLY knows his business. We have really appreciated his help. Recently, after city construction, we found many big holes under our sheds. After seeing a number of rats and raccoons, we knew this was a job for an expert. After a few days, Bob resolved the rat and raccoon problem. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend Bob to get rid of any unwanted critters.

Been using DPM at the start of the past few seasons for preventative spider and ant control and it’s been working great! Prior to that the spiders were a real nuisance. The other day, I discovered a yellow jacket wasp nest in my crawlspace. The nest was about the size of a volleyball And I was not about to tackle that in an enclosed space .
