As a newcomer, and I can’t say enough good things about Bob and Durelle Pest Management Fredericton.I thought there might be some animals in our attic, and Bob came out quickly, was super professional, and really friendly. He even gave us a lot of extra tips and useful info that made settling into our new city so much easier. I felt really welcomed thanks to his kindness. I’d highly recommend Durelle Pest Management to anyone dealing with similar issues!
Bob made time for me and immediately found how the yellow jackets were entering my home from the outside. Whew! Now they’re dusted and should die off in the next few days. Also, he educated me on the why’s and when’s of bee intrusions. Truly a nice fellow and genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. Hopefully I don’t have to call again but bugs be bugs and I know who to call!
I suspect that anyone who feels their home has been invaded with anything is very uncomfortable. Bob diagnosed my problem, and listened to my tale of woe, and offered a solution, at no charge at all. Thanks Bob for your time and expertise. I really appreciate it.
