I had to make a will, so I called Durbin Norman because his office is closest to my home. I telephoned to get a range of prices for a simply will. Without putting me on hold, she yelled back to someone who yelled back to her (male voice) and then the woman hang up on me. So unprofessional. P.S. I had to pick a star only because I could not post without one.
