The dental staff are very nice and knowledgeable. However I have had multiple issues with the office staff. I have been notified of my appointment day and time needing to be changed with very short notice more than once. There was also an incident of the office contacting me multiple times, when they were actually trying to contact a family member. I trust Dr Meng and his staff with my families dental care. He is an expert with crowns and post implant crowns. My Dental Assistant is the best! Best care I’ve experienced in decades. I continue to have great dental care. My Dental assistant is the best! I can cot say enough good things about Dr Ming and his staff.

Dental work was good; hygienist, dentist, and assistant were kind, positive, and knowledgeable. Appt confirmation procedure is insane and online forms software is confusing, redundant, and needs cleaning up. I had "schedule" confirmed appt 2 weeks prior by email, but missed a call 2 days before appt to confirm. I assumed that since I had already confirmed via email, there wouldnt be a problem. The phone message did not contain any warning that my appt was in jeopardy if i did not return call. I assumed one confirm was enough... read more
