First time ever I was there was in 2014/15, it was my second time on the 9th of August 2026 and let me tell you they always send a bill statement for me to pay, the amounts on the bill were not the same amounts that were claimed from my medical aid. I replied to their email asking what was the amount due for? What did my medical cover and did not cover?
