Great company! Would not hesitate for repeat business.
Had several windows and a sliding glass door installed by Duraview. Everyone was very professional and the windows were installed to complete satisfaction, however the install was several weeks later than the salesman said it would be and the door they installed is warped and doesnt close properly. We were told the door would be replaced with a new one at no extra cost and weve never heard back. The installation was done the 2nd week of December. This review was written on February 23rd. Our second experience purchasing windows from DuraVu for our home was the same as our first—excellent! Every service aspect was professional, reliable, high-quality, and very respectful. The installers, Isaak and Nick, were friendly, hard-working young men with excellent people skills. Even our dog loved them! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

We had all of our windows replaced by Duravu and are very pleased and satisfied. Gord and his team were amazing to work with. They accommodated all of our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Isaak and his brother Nick were very professional and experienced in the installation project. They were very efficient and quick without compromising quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend Duravu for any window installation project.
