This review is a long time coming. In April of 2021 we had contracted DuraVu to replace 2 windows in our home. We were told it would take a month or so to have them made or ordered, and the install would happen shortly afterwards. Anyway, late November of the same year (that's 7 months later) they show up to do the job. As we were having our bathroom renovated by a contractor at that time, he noticed that the windows were the wrong size, that they had been 'stuffed into a too-small opening' and were almost impossible to open... read more

Biggest scammers ever. Installed a window and it leaked from day 1. They promised they would repair or replace. Did not stand by their warranty at all. Would MEVER recommend buying from these thieves. Gord and his sidekick are brutal. 2 years of dealing with them and never fixed a thing after sending out 3 different “experts” as they referred to them. Absolute hacks. Good luck if you buy from them.

Had several windows and a sliding glass door installed by Duraview. Everyone was very professional and the windows were installed to complete satisfaction, however the install was several weeks later than the salesman said it would be and the door they installed is warped and doesnt close properly. We were told the door would be replaced with a new one at no extra cost and weve never heard back. The installation was done the 2nd week of December. This review was written on February 23rd.
