Had all new windows put in my home. Workers were very sloppy and slow. We're supposed to come back to fix a small mistake with caulking but never did. Oh and my husband (Ron Globush wasn't impressed either. Now having issues with dirt or something in between glass.
Had a door replaced, everyone was really responsive, great service, good product. No issues.
If i could i would put -5 stars !!! WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! WORST WINDOW COMPANY EVER!! LETS GET TO THE POINT ! I BOUGHT ALL NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS FOR MY HOUSE AND ALL INSTALLED TOTALLY WRONG! SO NOW I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO GET THIS CORRECTED NOW FOR OVER A YEAR AND JUST KEEP GETTING A RUN AROUND!!
