Extremely rude customer service , would not recommend. I purchased a home that had duraroc installed on the deck. So the product is now on my property that I own. I received the contact information from the seller (which I know personally ) because I would like to do a touch up and am not prepared to do a full renovation. Incredibly rude receptionist. Hangs up in your face when calling to ask about products on behalf of my elderly clients. Horrible way to talk to the public.
Perhaps nothing has changed since your 1 star review 6 years ago. Have you gotten even worse?? We called in for a quote and received absolutely horrid customer service. Rudeness & arrogance.
Thank you Duraroc for transforming our deck and gazebo. Excellent service from Bridget and Heather in the office and Troy and the team on the ground. Appreciate your ‘can do’ attitude. We already are thinking about two more applications in the spring.
Bridget & Troy are great partners in reimagining our backyard oasis. Their professionalism and attention to detail are superb! I would highly recommend Duraroc for any resurfacing project you have. The product is great and can be formulated to any colour combination imaginable. The team is fantastic to work with onsite! No hesitations to recommend at all! 10/10!!
