We had our front porch resurfaced with Duraroc rubber surfacing. The installation team of three were meticulous perfectionists and did a fantastic job in four hours. We are most pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend this supplier.
We can not say enough about the most excellent customer service and experience when having Team Durarock come to give our entire backyard and pool area a safe and much improved surface area! This product is incredible and resistant to any spills making stains. Hot water with a small amount of bleach does the trick if needed. Extremely rude customer service , would not recommend. I purchased a home that had duraroc installed on the deck. So the product is now on my property that I own. I received the contact information from the seller (which I know personally ) because I would like to do a touch up and am not prepared to do a full renovation. I asked for the colour code that was used and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I was told it wasn’t my service and wasn’t my deck so they weren’t going to give me any information. Incredibly rude receptionist. Hangs up in your face when calling to ask about products on behalf of my elderly clients. Horrible way to talk to the public.
Perhaps nothing has changed since your 1 star review 6 years ago. Have you gotten even worse?? We called in for a quote and received absolutely horrid customer service. Rudeness & arrogance.
