We recently started working with Cassie at Durante Rentals for our installs work and they have been able to answer and make every last minute requests we have made for lifts in the city on time. And we have had many last minute, day before, requests. Cassie is very responsive, courteous, and efficient in replying to emails.
Your machines are great and your price unbeatable, but where you really shine is your personnel. Cassie McCarter always, pleasant, knowledgeable and with a passion for her job. And Hans who came to our job site and taught a group of us with patience, kindness and professionalism.
I recently had the opportunity to rent a piece of equipment from Durante Equipment Rentals in Carmel NY and I was very impressed. Their sales rep Jason was 100% knowledgeable and followed up with every email in a very timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and even when they didn't have a piece I needed in at that time they found one and got it to the location right away for me. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!
These guys are the best. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Won't use anyone else!
