I went in there as they had been very helpful and had great customer service in the past . On this occasion the older lady who is not technically qualified said my frame is “broken. “ The handle has come out before and is repairable . I asked her if she knew it was categorically” broken.” She said yes . She then went on being very rude and almost shouting said I should go back to where I bought it . She then went to the front door and opened it . Very poor behaviour and customer service .
