If I had the option of not picking a star that would of been my first option. Nasty, roach and fly infested apartments. I lived there from 2012 to 2015 and prayed everyday would be the day I could move out. They make up bogus fees, and instead of forwarding your last bill to you at your out of state new address that they ask you to provide them with they mail it to a collection agency. Never again will I live in any Bell Apartments.
