As our experience worsens, this is our story. Cheaper materials than realized, and an overwhelming change after the fact. My neighbor and I had contacted Durango fencing to replace the east side portion of our fence, and the entire perimeter of my neighbors fence. Early on, and due to some medical and financial issues I explained to Jose that this wasn’t the best time, but we wanted to at least take care of our portion, however we would need to make some payments to him if they wanted to proceed soon. Tried working with the owner of this company as he they did a great job installing the fence; however, a couple of weeks after installation boards started to Crack and progressively got worse. Tried to reach out to the owner multiple times and he simply ignored my messages. Once you pay him he'll never respond and that appears to be a common trend in the reviews! Those are a few pictures of what the boards look like.

We are so happy with the new gates and fence. Attached are pics of our OLD fence and gates and pics of our NEW gates & fence. Jose was terrific and responded to all of our questions prior to the install. The cost was reasonable. Every other quote we got was much higher. The crew that tore down our old fence did a great job and cleaned up everything and hauled it away. They installed the new gates & fence and cleaned up and everything looked perfect. Absolutely disgraceful company. I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional, careless, and downright disrespectful behavior. Our neighbor hired them for a fence, and they destroyed our yard in the process—left trash everywhere like it was a dumping ground. No apology, no cleanup, just complete disregard. If you value your home, your peace, or your neighbors, stay the hell away from these people. They are a nightmare to deal with and should not be in business. There was only one guy who was willing to fix their mistake.
