The fence looks good did a fast install but over the few days after install we noticed several planks that needed to be replaced, after several texts mgs for them to make it right still no one has come to replace the bad planks NO RESPONSE at all.
Make sure the ENTIRE job is done before handing these guys the check. They are quick to turn and burn. The boss Jose is shady. Two of my neighbors sides of their fence were not completed. When you try to contact them they ghost you like scumbags. I would never do business with them again.
As our experience worsens, this is our story. Cheaper materials than realized, and an overwhelming change after the fact. My neighbor and I had contacted Durango fencing to replace the east side portion of our fence, and the entire perimeter of my neighbors fence. Tried working with the owner of this company as he they did a great job installing the fence; however, a couple of weeks after installation boards started to Crack and progressively got worse. Tried to reach out to the owner multiple times and he simply ignored my messages. Once you pay him he'll never respond and that appears to be a common trend in the reviews! Those are a few pictures of what the boards look like.
We are so happy with the service. Great price, fast service & very reliable. Our whole neighborhood has now used them...
