If you’re considering elemental therapy stop considering and just go. I had been searching for a treatment that could help me with the pain I have been experiencing for years—leading to countless doctors, pill bottles, treatment plans, body scans, and let down after let down. Elemental therapy has made more progress in my healing journey than anything else to date. 10/10 would recommended.

Donna is great at what she does.. I was in a rollover accident in 2021 and had to have spinal surgery, I’ve carried around a lot of pain, fear and trauma since then and have had trouble feeling like myself again. When I started going to see Donna I could feel the changes happening in my body and my mind. She is kind and warm and is helping me in so many ways. I had no idea how Donna's cranio-sacral therapy and energy work could help heal my on-going headaches, but I gave it a chance I was delightfully surprised. Not only did I leave the sessions feeling incredibly at ease, but after a couple sessions, the headaches faded. I'm so grateful!
