All I can say is that this dogsledding excursion was one of the highlights of my visit to Durango, CO. Greg (owner and sled driver) gave me an introduction to his amazing company, crew and dog team!! He was extremely knowledgeable about Iditarod racing and patient with caring for his 30+ husky/hound family and those who had the pleasure of his company! It was an amazing experience! We got to learn about the dogs and got wonderful pictures during the sledding!!! It was the highlight of our trip and we would recommend it to anyone!!
We had an amazing day thanks to Gregg and his wonderful team. From the accommodating management to the nicest guides to the professional photography and of course the fun-loving puppers, every part of this excursion was top-notch. Even the “all of life is boring” tweens in our group had a blast and were actually excited about their experience. We highly recommend booking a sled (or four) at the Durango Dog Ranch for an amazing adventure the entire family will love!
What a cool adventure! The team here was so friendly and highly recommend to anyone looking for winter fun in the mountains besides skiing, you give dog sledding a try!
This was truly a hoot! The team (human AND canine) were all lovely. No matter the weather-this is an experience worth every expense of time and fees. If you’re a tragic dog person like me, you’ll have a permanent smile on your face!
