Bought our first home here at Durango two years ago. We loved the potential of the area, the fast buying process, and amenities that were promised. Two years later, the amenities are smaller and basic, the ground has poor drainage and stagnant water constantly, third community entrance has not been opened, and the quality of the Maha water is destroying our appliances with sediment and calcification. Def consider other options before this community.
