Poor service, overpriced, unprofessional, and unreliable. My car was only to replace the water pump, somehow the car had other issues. I needed my car fixed quickly, because it’s my only car, so I told them to fix it. It took them almost a week to repair my car and still wasn’t ready. It was hard to reach them, and when I called it was more problems. My car wasn’t in that condition until they started working on it. Absolutely love this place! They do great work at a fair price. They brought me out to show me exactly what they found and fixed it quickly! My two experiences with the shop have been great!!
Thankful for the fast service. Lubia is such a delight. Not only does she have great customer service, her over knowledge of what the car needs and name of parts is precise. She knows her work. Will refer Durango Auto to anyone needing work done. They saved me from the dealer's outrageous repair prices. I will for sure be stopping by if I need another repair.
