We have been so pleased with every experience at Durand Telepharmacy. The service has been quick, and every effort is made to get what we need by next day if unavailable when putting in the prescription. The members of the staff are friendly and helpful, and a courtesy call is made to let us know when refills are ready to be picked up. We recently transferred our remaining prescriptions from a chain drug store in Rockford near our doctor offices to Durand Telepharmacy because the service is so much better.
