I like living here it's nice and quiet. I know lot of the residents, grew up with some of them. I like management, staff and like how things are ran. I've been living at Durand Plaza over 4 years now and will live here for as long as I can.
I like how this is affordable, and the on-site laundry and community room (utilities being included are a plus too)...as a 19-year resident, I have enjoyed living here and hope to enjoy it for a long time to come.
I love this place, I feel safe and very comfortable here than anywhere else that I have lived at. I also love that all the utilities are included. I really like the staff. I really appreciate having a place like Durand Plaza to live- I could never be able to afford to pay regular rent plus the utilities. Everything is too expensive and especially when you are all alone. Thank you very much and God bless you all.

I think Durand Plaza is a nice place to live. I like off street parking and laundry on site. They have resident events that the office sets up, which I enjoy. When I need maintenance it gets done in a timely manner.
