Like the open floor plan , alot of light quiet and friendly people
I like location and my apartment. I like the vinyl flooring in my unit. It has in site laundry. I LIKE THE STAFF! I also enjoy the resident bbq each year they do for us.
I'm really satisfied with living in Durand plaza apartments and the staff is great and Ms. Martha is a great person laundry facility quite place to live thank you
It's quite and my neighbors are polite I have no complaints it's a very quiet place to live and the manager and maintainence man is very polite to all of us.I like that the washer and dryer is in the building.I just enjoy living here
