Very comfortable and affordable, they always respond if I am having any issues. Would definitely recommend this facility. Martha, the manager, is terrific, she is very responsive
Martha is a great property manager,she does her best to make Durand Plaza a fun place to live, from Bingo,Annual barbecues to making monthly newsletters to inform the residents of up and coming events. Fate is awesome. He can fix anything .We are blessed to have him as our maintenance man.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Love my apartment.Very spacious and clean. Parking areas are always winterized and salted. People here are very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilites on site. Great place to live.
I like my adult daughter living here. The apartment is very nice. I like that it is safe with Security/ cameras. The landscape is kept up. The neighbors are helpful And the staff is great.
