Diana Medina review..... I like that is a safe place to live. I do like that we have laundry on site . Is a good place to live, I been here for over 7 years and I love it. I also like that maintenance is available and that we have office on site. The manager is very outgoing and very respectful. I think Martha is one of the best managers that's been here since I lived here.
I really enjoy living here it is very peaceful. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I also love the on-site laundry. I really like the activies they set up for us to do.
Close to shopping centers, laundry, bike trail, and rent is only a third of your earnings close to my work I love living here and I like the management
I like living at Durand plaza because it’s affordable housing. Great communication with staff. I like all my neighbors. I like on site laundry and it’s quiet.
They have great activities to do like bingo and a annual resident barbecue. You can win great prizes like a new smart TV.🤩📺 also onsite laundry.🙂
