I was screamed at by this big man, who I later learned was Mr. Mitchell, telling me I had a 4 pm appt. Instead of a 5 pm appt. I recognized his voice and he was the one that gave me the 5 pm appt. He later said it was a misunderstanding. I will never tolerate being screamed at. Her needs to work it the prison not at a Dr.office. I was already battling high blood pressure. I guess he didn't care.
