This is my first experience at Durand GMC, Josh’s communication was fantastic. He was transparent and didn’t hard sell other items. A tech sent a video of the undercarriage of the vehicle with recommendations that needed to be taken care of. Receiving a text with a link to accept and approve the work was fantastic. Highly recommend.
I purchased a vehicle from Durand last month. They went the extra mile (literally) by delivering the vehicle to my residence in Maine. Made the entire process very easy. Car was in great condition when I recieved it and made an appointment to fix an outstanding repair when the part arrived. I had a few terrible experiences at other dealerships. Really good experience, got me the truck I wanted and made it super easy!
My experience with Durand GMC of Leominster, MA. allowed me to experience their Service Department, Sales team, and Management. Overall, their Service Department sold me a truck that didn't have rear lights or license plate light, which made a week plus of driving during in the nighttime and early morning extremely dangerous for me and fellow drivers, because I was a black mass going 70 MPH without any lights.
