Thank you Alexis for helping me find not one, but two of my dream dresses!!! She made me feel so confident, comfortable and let me try on every different style until I found what worked best for me. I had a not so great experience elsewhere and went into this appointment a bit anxious but Alexis completely calmed me down and reassured me. Also their prices are incredible compared to other shops. Leslie Durand and her team are absolute lifesavers. After getting my dress from another bridal store, I learned that alterations couldn't be done in the way that I had hoped and the dress looked nothing like what I had fallen in love with. Durand was truly an amazing experience for me. All the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I didn't book an appointment and when I walked in all the dressing rooms were full, but I was still allowed to browse around. The owner came out and when I told her what I was looking for she immediately showed me a beautiful dress within my price range. I had the absolute BEST experience at Durand Bridal and a huge part of that was thanks to my stylist, Marjie!!! From the moment we walked in, she made the entire experience feel fun, easy, and so special. She was incredibly attentive and really listened to everything I was loving, which made such a difference.
