The consultant was very fun and kind. I was just disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. They ask for you to take your shoes off but the carpet was filthy. I also wish it had a little more feeling of grace and romance, atmosphere wasn’t the best. Good prices for dresses.
I did not know what to expect when wedding dress shopping and Gracie at Durand made the experience fun and easy for me and my team. I wound up finding a dress that was nothing like what I had gone in looking for, she listened to my vision of my wedding day and pulled the perfect dresses to match. Gracie went above and beyond to follow up with me after the appointment, answering all questions I had and made the process as smooth as possible.
My daughter and I stopped in at Durand Bridal on a Sunday afternoon in June - without an appointment - and were warmly greeted by staff. We were not expecting that they would be able to allow my daughter to try on some dresses for her 2026 wedding without an appointment but they were only too happy to accommodate us. Durand was the first and the last place I went for my wedding dress. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and relaxed. Brittney was very much my style of consultant. She was super relaxed, funny and helpful. I tried on so many dresses and ended up saying yes to my dress in less then 48 hours. Thank you Durand!
