I just had the most incredible experience at Durand Bridal! From the moment I walked in with my mom and bridal party we knew we found a gem. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. My stylist (Gracie) was highly experienced and truly made my experience fun and special. I never felt pressured and she listened to everything I wanted. I'm so excited to come back when my dress arrives!
I first went to Durand back in September and I had an incredible consultant. She helped me find my dream dress and I left feeling confident and beyond happy! My dress was meant to arrive in May and through no fault of their own, it didn’t. June came and went and still nothing. I was getting really nervous that my dress wouldn’t be here in time for our wedding and I called and expressed my concerns. Durand Bridal was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I became pregnant after purchasing my dress and Leslie came to the rescue. She was able to order me a larger dress just in time and arrived 3 weeks before my wedding. My wedding is next week and I was able to try on my dress at 2 weeks postpartum and to my surprise it fit! She also called their out of house alterations lady for me and was able to get me in the same day.
