brayden was able to schedule our carpet cleaning quickly before we put our house on the market in Fairfax. he arrived as promised, worked hard, and did a great job on a very dirty light-colored carpet that needed deep cleaning. He also clearly pointed out a couple of stains that could not be fully removed, which i appreciated because it was honest and helpful. The job took longer than expected because of the condition of the carpet, but there was no extra charge. i really valued the prompt service, open communication, and th... read more

When a water line broke and soaked our basement carpet, I did not know where to start. It was such a relief to reach Tracy right away early in the morning. A little later, Tracy and the crew arrived promptly and got to work extracting the water, drying the carpet, and setting up the walls and padding for proper moisture control. A coworker recommended this carpet cleaning service, so I looked them up online and was impressed by all the great reviews. I scheduled the carpet cleaning well ahead of our move, and the text and email reminders were very helpful since moving can be overwhelming. Tracy was polite, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. The car... read more

The price for the carpet and upholstery cleaning was better than other estimates, so i went ahead and booked the appointment. At first, the cleaning results on the 2 rooms, 2 sofas, and mattress did not look as complete as i expected once everything had time to dry. I reached out to let them know, and their cu... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam business and does not have a physical location in Fairfax. I am guessing all of their previous reviews are fake. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We recently moved to the area and wanted to patronize a local cleaning company to clean our Restoration Hardware swivel chairs. When I booked the service I was told the cost of cleaning a chair starts at $29 but would not be confirmed until the technician finished cleaning, and that the minimum service was $75. When the technician arri... read more
