They took the time to answer all my inquiries and assisted in finding a duct that the previous homeowners had concealed under the carpet. They also successfully removed a utility knife that was accidentally left in the duct. Their work was top-notch, and I would certainly endorse them for cleaning air heating ductwork located under carpets.
