The whole crew that came out was professional, polite, and very helpful during our air duct cleaning service. They even offered to move some furniture back into place after I had cleared the areas around the vents and registers for them. *I’ll remove if they fix the damage to my supply duct they caused* It’s a SCAM. They subcontract out to a company called “Green Air Duct Chimney & Dryer Vent”. They sent a subcontractor out to look and my ducts named Dylan. He cut a hole in the HVAC supply duct and took a picture inside my HVAC unit using his personal cellphone. He then quoted me for mold repair and new insulation over $4,000. He then wanted $99 for the visit after saying it was a free quote. The pictures didn’t match what another company showed me.
