They filed taxes late on one of my businesses. I was assessed a penalty. I've called 9 times talked to receptionist 2x . No one is at Belleville office and no one is returning calls for 3 weeks. I paid penalty for their mistake. They seem to be loosing most of staff. Beware!

I paid this company $3000 last year to do our book work and to tell me how much I need to pay in for my taxes. They didn't do there job at all. They had me paying pennies on the dollar to what was actually needing to be paid. I highly do not recommend this business or there services. The Shelbyville office is a joke. All the employees quit because this business is a joke!
