The absolute WORST customer service. If you are a business owner, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I should not have to wait a month + or 2-3 weeks without receiving a return phone call. It is a shame that Mike Favazza sold to Hottenrot definately NOT the same level of service but you are paying double!!!!!!!!!! One of the worst CPA’s I have dealt with. Estimated payments were incorrect. Taxes never filed on time. An additional LLC set up for no reason. The owner has no voicemail set up and impossible to get a hold off. I would never recommend their services.
They filed taxes late on one of my businesses. I was assessed a penalty. I've called 9 times talked to receptionist 2x . No one is at Belleville office and no one is returning calls for 3 weeks. I paid penalty for their mistake. They seem to be loosing most of staff. Beware!
