DuraHome was excellent! Communicated well, arrived on time, and completed the job as intended.
Durahome did a great job painting the interior woodwork in my older home. The quality of the work was excellent. I only give 4 stars out of 5 because I was told a colorist would come to help me pick a color and give suggestions but that didn’t happen and now I wish I had done some areas differently. I think a colorist would have known to suggest it. But overall, very satisfied.
The estimator showed up more than three hours late for our scheduled estimate. There was no call or text to let us know that they’d be so late. After receiving the estimate it was almost 50% more than the other two companies that estimated. I am very disappointed to have an entire afternoon wasted waiting for an estimate that ended up being very overpriced.
It’s been just over a year and our bathroom they painted is chipping despite using the fan for every shower. I’m only leaving this review because I’ve reached out multiple times in the past year without any return calls or texts. Disappointed we will have to pay another company to come out and redo it. Edited from 1 star to 5 because Cory and Joe reached out so quickly to coordinate a time to come fix this for us. I appreciate the quick response!
