Durah pools saved my summer! I wasn't aware of this pool store and I have been from Allentown to Lehighton at many other well known places that just couldn't get the green out. I had already added 20+ gallons of liquid chlorine when I found Durah pools! they were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind. There are always two sides to every story...whether it be, customer is demanding, demeaning or just an unhappy person. We ALWAYS treat our customers with respect and always try to resolve issues if one should arise, but we do not allow someone to come in and cause scenes just to get something for nothing. Review was obviously written by owner/ staff. Biggest scam in the area. I bought a pool from them that collapsed within the first season. They lie about who is in the business as well. Dusty is the installer and the 2 ladies are his wife and mother. When the pool collapsed they said the installer was a contractor and they weren't responsible!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!
