A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Dusty, owner of Durah Pools, excavated when it was way too wet (an excavator should have known better). When removing the soil he left 2 ruts 200’ long that were 4-9” deep, with much more damage at each end where he turned. When I complained and asked him to fix it, I was bumped off the installation list, even though I had paid in full. He destroyed our lawn and was totally unapologetic. I purchased a pool early in June that was to be delivered late June/early July. I stopped into see about the delivery (with my grandchildren) to see if it had arrived. Much to my disappointment, the supplier had messed up and I was told it wouldn’t be in till September. I couldn’t tell you the disappointment I felt, as well as my grandchildren, who were so looking forward to getting the pool I promised them. I sincerely hope future customers find about how massively rude, incompetent and downright unprofessional you guys are before people consider doing business with you. Your piss poor customer service is pretty obvious in the responses to the customers already leaving other reviews, not to mention how you treat veterans. Theres absolutely no need to be rude to someone simply trying to get the services and products they paid good money for. A lot to say here... Hold on for the ride folks. The company came to fix my pool. They had the wrong house, and when they came they forgot the sand for the filter that we paid for. When we tried to take it off the bill it was 23 bucks and they told us 20. Good thing we had the invoice that stated otherwise. They fixed the pool, and had to come back after the water came to finish with the filter. They FORGOT about us and didn't come back until we called to REMIND THEM. They installed my liner. They did an amazing job. Came back after the pool was filled and finished the job. They worked with me so I could have the pool ready for my daughters Birthday party!

Worst experience ever! They showed up days late to do the job after contacting them multiple times and their reasoning was they “forgot” about us. They also sold us an inaccurate sized pool cover and then would not accept the return of the cover. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when talking with them in the store and basically called us idiots. I would not recommend them whatsoever if they continue to do business this way. They also left us with a filter that is now leaking as well.

Went there Saturday to purchase a pool. 4 people in the store all with items in their hand to cash out. The lady behind the counter finishes up with a customer and announces she is "going to lunch" gets up and walks out. I said hey what about the people cashing out. She proceeds to say "she has to eat, everyone eats. I will be back in 10 mins" and drove off!!!! Who just leaves the store!! Never again. Went A&J pools 4 miles up the road!!!! MUCH BETTER
