I have a second story deck on the back of my garage that had pressure treated decking with my grill below on the first level. This set up allowed water to drip down onto the grill. I opted to install Duradek on the second level to keep my grilling area dry. Best decision I have made in that area! The second level looks so much nicer than it did with the wood deck boards and it keeps below dry! Great looks and functionality, big win.
Duradek has been an amazing product for us to introduce at our exterior company in Florida. Horribly experience that continues as of this review. I don’t normally write bad review's but felt the need to inform others so they are aware. November 2024 we hired a contractor to replace our deck. Our house was built with a 23’x4’ walkway that sat directly over our downstairs entryway, laundry room and garage.
