Horribly experience that continues as of this review. I don’t normally write bad review's but felt the need to inform others so they are aware. November 2024 we hired a contractor to replace our deck. Our house was built with a 23’x4’ walkway that sat directly over our downstairs entryway, laundry room and garage. Our contractor hired duradek in Osage Beach Missouri. On 12/12/24 our contractor prepared the area by removing our siding and door in preparation of the new duradek product. I am THRILLED with my new #Duradek veranda. Jeff from Duradek of Charlotte did an excellent job of not only helping me with which pattern would work best, but then making sure the railing matched perfectly. It came out better than I ever could have imagined. The installation happened on time, and was completed to perfection. They were meticulous, not one bit of garbage or discarded nail was left. I highly recommend to anyone considering Duradek!
