My wife and I have lived in a custom built Ajax, Ontario townhouse for 15 years. A lower and an upper porch provide great outdoor spaces we frequently enjoy. Very negative experience dealing with the head office. What a weird company
Earlier I had posted a one star review. It had nothing to do with the product but was based solely on tbdir lack of response. Fortunately they responded and explained that they identified an internal issue that they address VERY promptly.
