Came to do a drop here and showed up 10 min before opening while I was checking in a regular showed up and blocked the only dock they use for unloading. Instead of kicking him out they told me to wait. Extremely unprofessional.
Great company with great people that are very responsive to customers.
The worst receiving I’ve ever been to, they tell you to call for dock assignment but don’t answer. When you park they get mad that it’s the wrong dock, after ignoring you at their window for 5mins. Unhappy/bitter people work here
