Edit: The owner personally reached out to me and offered to complete the remainder of the cleaning that hadn't been done properly. He even offered to reimburse the full cost. I think very few companies would go to such lengths for their customers. L'inspection de mon bâtiment a montré des traces de moisissures après le nettoyage des climatiseurs. Après avoir été averti, Duraclim me rappelle pour prendre rdv afin de corriger la situation. Jusque là parfait, bon suivi client.
