If this company’s services were not paid for in the closing of our home, I would not choose to use them on my own accord. Was given a date for mold remediation treatment, said date was rescheduled due to an emergency, which is fine. A member of their team reached out to said they got held up at an emergency project and informed us of the delay and said we’d be updated daily about when they’d be able to return. After six days we finally heard back from them with a date to complete the work. They did not complete on said days ... read more

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. This company ruined my historical home after a fire in 2017. After 5 years, we parted ways because they stopped working on the project claiming every excuse they could come up with, then asked for the hold back money. They made modifications that I never wanted that took away original features of the home (238 years old) that were unnecessary and ruined the historical aspect of the home.
