Rotten,stinky stairs-pet stained for years old I was referred to Duraclean by a casual friend. Got an appointment scheduled quickly, technicians on the job prompt and professional. The carpet staining, smell and ground in high traffic area was to the point where I wanted to remove the entire eye sore and replace it with new carpeting. I was sure this would solve my problem. After carefully inspecting my deplorable mess the technician said he will be able to clean it to near new. He did caution me that their may be some resid... read more
Excellent service! Duraclean came to my house, picked up two rugs and brought them back a week later. Absolutely loved their service; prices were very reasonable, the rugs were clean, the gentleman who picked up and dropped off the rugs was very nice, and Jay called a couple days after to be sure I was happy with the rugs. I will definitely call them when my rugs need their next cleaning.
