I have had my floors done 3 times i'm very happy!!
I would never recommend them to anybody with travertine floors. There was very little extraction of dirt and grime. I asked for only a cleaning and instead the technician applied sealer all over the grout lines as well as the tile itself, leaving behind a white film. I expressed that I wanted the sealer removed and an alkaline stripper was applied and now I fear that my travertine has lost its color. Has cleaned my carpet for years. Detail to work is great
I was extremely satisfied with our tile and grout cleaning today. The grout color is the same throughout the room now. Our upholstery is still wet, but I’m sure I will be satisfied with it after it dries. I will definitely use Duraclean in the future.
