Do not use this Duraclean franchise! Our experience is a lesson in checking out a company thoroughly...we did not and should have. The house was very dirty, sooty, overall horrible. We had to get it ready to sell (we did not live in it). The salesman was so nice, gave us a $2,000 range of cost on the estimate( depending on how much time) and said they could start the next week. stitch in time saved nine I had stayed in this aprtment for a very long time and with the kids around ,the carpets looked like a disaster, when it was time for us to move out, i just called in these people and they did a great job steam washing it .It was worth for the money we payed, else these renters would have fined us more then the actual cost of the carpet cleaning PROS: good work for the money CONS:
A Bunch of Theives!!! Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!!! These guys came to clean up our basement after a flood two years ago. After already accepting a $6,000 payment from our insurance company, they then charged $6,000 to our credit card. They are refusing to refund the money. We have called the better business bureau (who told us there have been four other claims filed this year alone), and we are attempting to take them to small claims court, though they are being very cagey whenever we try to serve them. They charged me over $900/hr to clean sewer backup from an unfinished basement. They provided non receipt. I've been asking for one to be sent to me for two weeks - nothing. They won't return my calls and don't pick up their phone. Ever.

They don't return my calls and never pick up the phone. They should charge reasonable and fair prices and provide decent customer service and they fail miserably on both counts.
