They are a very professional Alger-family owned local business and accommodating with my schedule. Very prompt. Joe Alger worked hard on a couple tough areas as he cleaned 4 rooms + a stairway. Very good extraction; left carpet dry &no stains emerged in the days after my cleaning.
Very well priced, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. Joe is top-notch and went above and beyond for us several times, helping make a very stressful situation one that we could understand and work through. We cannot say enough how much we appreicate Joe and his team! Strongly recommend working with Duraclean on any project.
They did not show up at scheduled time, so we had to accommodate our plans. They quoted us $120, but charged $160. They didn't even vacuum first, were there only 20 minutes and the floors did not loor or even smell any better afterwards. It's like they poured a little water on the carpet, sucked it up and was ready to get off for their Friday night plans. Extremely disappointed!
