4 years ago, I hired Duraclean to do flooding restoration in my home after a hot water heater busted in my attic flooding the adjacent bedroom, downstairs through my laundry room, kitchen, and breakfast area. It was a massive restoration that Duraclean failed at miserably! It was mother's day and not only was I hit with the flooding that day, but my dad was also hospitalized and subsequently died two weeks later. We used Duraclean for Restoration and Cleaning Services and they were awesome. With that great experience we had, we also used them for repairs. Horrible to say the least. My wife was 8 months pregnant when this happened and they knew we needed everything quick to be able to settle since it was our downstairs. It took them 1 month to do the repairs of carpet, vinyl, and painting in a kitchen and living room. They always made excuses of why they couldn't come out.
