I have been a patient at Durack Medical centre for over 5 years now & believe they have a good system that works from reception to nurses & Dr’s. With fantastic follow up procedures. I can’t fault Durack medical & have a great Dr I trust. Getting appointments is easy & generally same day or next day (not like others places) take 2-3 weeks to get appointment. I now live 45 minutes away from my doctor but travel because of overall satisfaction & service I receive. Keep up the good work Durack medical.
I visited the practice when my Dr's surgery closed unexpectedly for the day. At short notice, I was able ro be seen by a Dr. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating as was the Dr I saw. I would highly recommend this practice :)
My appointment lasted under five minutes, with no vitals taken and no proper examination. The doctor focused on blood tests that did not align with my symptoms, and I felt this was due to my sexuality rather than my clinical presentation. I deteriorated later that day and ended up in hospital, where I was properly diagnosed and started on appropriate treatment.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Sara at Durack Medical Centre. I found her to be dismissive, unprofessional, and, most concerningly, exhibiting discriminatory behavior—particularly toward patients of Afghan background. As someone from Afghanistan, I felt disrespected and unwelcome during my visit. Medical professionals have a duty to treat every patient with dignity and fairness, regardless of their background.
