Customer service stinks. They never answer any of the phone numbers they provide. I am contacting Home Depot and recommending they use better contractors.
I would have given this company 5 stars if not for a few "red flags" along the way that made me hesitate to give them an unqualified pass. For the most part, each step in the process, including the overall result, gets 5 stars, from the initial estimate (Alex) to the design phase (Darcie), to the cabinet installation and general carpentry (Paul and Matt).
