All work done professionally and diagnosed properly and fix my transmission correctly
My transmission was leaking at the pan so I had my transmission serviced here. Its a common transmission ZF8HP50, Dodge trucks Jeeps, BMW, Land Rover and others. It uses expensive fluid and sometimes a shop will try to cut corners and re-use the fluid they take out. I asked to see what fluid they used and they wouldnt show me. Now Im getting gear whine in first gear because my fluid is low. I know they reused my fluid which was low from leaking. Now I get to pay another $600 to have the service done again.
They are very nice people, good customer service BUT the thing is I took my car there to get fixed, I ended up paying a little over $300 and still left with my car the same as I took it, it didn't get repaired. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get repaired and pay more money.
Pésimo servicio no lo recomendaria,primero fueron muy amables,pero después del reclamo son otras personas,lleve mi camioneta porque prendio O/D mi troca llego al taller trabajando y sin ningún ruido y cuando me la entregaron estaba tan ruidosa que la llegue a regresar más de 3 veces y aun seguí igual el señor Sergio siempre decía que era el motor ,llegue a preguntar a varios mecánicos para tener diferentes opiniones (ninguno le metió mano a mi camioneta) y todos coincidían en que el problema venía de la transmicion pero el s... read more
Google only allows 5 stars max but I’m giving Sergio 10 stars and let me tell you why. I bought a QX80 and the very next day I was experiencing transmission issues with RPM bouncing and random shakes. First transmission shop I took it too “ diagnose “ it and told me that I have a bad valve body and needed a new/rebuilt transmission which was quoted $5,900 😩.
