Professional and courteous. My contact was Rosario, and he kept me informed at least every other day as to the status of my repair. When it was all said and done, my car looked show room worthy. I will certainly recommend the Durable Companies to anyone who's been in an accident and needs bodywork done. Every car and owner who's been in an accident needs the Durable experience.
Durable did a tremendous job when a needed a tow.The driver (John?) went the extra mile to cut through the the confusing AAA national call center thicket to help me do what I needed to do. He got me to a safe place and made sure the arrangements were made for long distance tow I needed. I can't speak highly enough of the great service that he and Durable provided.
The tow truck driver was extremely nice and recommended us using their company to do the work necessary on the car. When I was called the next day the service manager Ray did not disclose the amount for the diagnostic necessary despite me specifically asking that prior to them even looking at the car. Then I was quoted an amount which I was willing to go with however, I was then called back and told the number I was quoted was wrong by almost $400.
