I traveled from CA to buy a truck, the wait too long to be honest when Eduardo noticed that I started checking the truck and focus in the engine, he started telling me about what they tried to fixed or make a fast fixed. Anyway, be aware of the lies, .,DON'T GIVE ANY MONEY AHEAD. .,TAKE YOUR TIME TO CHECK EVERY DETAIL IN THE ENGINE .,GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER **BORDER TRUCK SALES**
Great Dealership, i got great financing options 0 down. I shopped around but found this dealer to be the best priced and best financing options around. This is our 3rd truck from them and haven't had any problems( knock on wood) lol. The staff there is great and a pleasure to work with.
I have really bad experience with Dura do to they take so long to give me the registration of my truck I pay the truck last Wednesday today is Tuesday and they don't have it ready yet. They are giving this job to bridge poin agency. Last time I get a truck with Silverado Truck sales and they give me the truck registration at the same day. 😬😬 if they have one of there employees doing that at works better.
The salesman Eduardo never answers the phone, when he finally did i asked him in particular about a truck, he said it was in perfect shape, I make a 3 hr drive and when I get there the truck had a major oil leak, tires recap when they had said they were all new, so I went on to check all of there inventory and majority of there trucks were leaking oil, if you don’t want to have trouble I recommend going to border truck sales its around the corner, those guys do sell top notch trucks. Purchased a truck in January 2021, (LALO) recommended the truck because apparently it had a complete overhaul! It ran for 3 weeks and has been in the shop for a month, 20 grand later!! Do not recommend this place!! If your in the market of purchasing a truck, please dont take his word! He's just interested in making the sale!! This place doesn't deserve 1 star!!!
