We chose Dura Supreme 7 years ago for our kitchen remodel as we were told they had great quality and made one of the best cabinets out there. We couldn't disagree more. We just had to buy and replace 17 door fronts because they were in horrible condition and were bubbling in many places. When we asked about their warranty they said it was due to excessive use and water damage. We absolutely love our cabinets! The craftmanship and quality stand out as we use them each day. The finish is lovley and has shown to be very durable. I loved how they had so many styles, colors, and storage options. I'm thankful we chose them because we were able to create a very custom high-end kitchen at a reasonable price. When I shopped around, I found I would have lost some of the choices I wanted if we went with a different brand.
I am a prior customer of Durasupreme for a total house remodel (and informed the regional and VP of sales) and had been impressed by the quality of the product, so when were remodeling a bathroom, we chose this company again. We ordered ~$12,000 worth of cabinets in APR21 with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks and informed the contractor who demolished the current bathroom. Dura Supreme Cabinetry makes very poor quality cabinets. We have been very unhappy with their cabinets. The dovetail joints were not connected properly leaving large gaps, and cabinets were not square or level. The inside laminate of 2 baseboard cabinets were cracked. We received cabinets that were finished on the wrong side and hinges on the wrong side, the 2 cutting boards do not match each other.
